Our Projects
Regional Lifestyle Communities
MHE Development Group is heading a number of successful Over 55's Lifestyle Village developments across Australia. Our focus is on creating communities in aspirational locations, where quality of life, home comforts and affordability are equally important and essential, as people reach the prime of their lives.
Burma Road, Tocumwal, New South Wales
A Murray River Tree-Change
One of many currently underway, our latest project is an outstanding land - lease Lifestyle Village for over 55 's in a prime regional location.
Burma Road, Tocumwal, NSW.
Tocumwal is a highly desirable destination on the Victoria and New South Wales border, known for its exceptional climate, fishing, golf, watersports and stunning red gum forests. Located on the mighty Murray River and adjacent to Club Tocumwal, a 36 hole golf resort with direct cart access to the Village via designated paths.

Residents of the village will receive two Village Club Memberships and access to state-of-the-art sporting and leisure facilities of which the Club is currently undergoing an $8 million dollar renovation and expansion. This planned village will incorporate 324 contemporary homes on verdant tree-lined avenues with pockets of open parkland. The modern, central Community Building will house communal state-of-the-art leisure facilities.

Located close to the Tocumwal town centre and all of its amenities, the site is well-positioned to take advantage of all that the region has to offer for a complete tree change. The total site size is 21 hectares and the new Village is planned for release in 2025 (subject to Council approval).
